Observations since 1961 show that the average temperature of the global ocean has increased to depths of at least 3000 m and that the ocean has been absorbing more than 80% of the heat added to the climate system. Such warming causes seawater to expand, contributing to sea level rise Mountain glaciers and snow cover have declined on average in both hemispheres. Widespread decreases in glaciers and ice caps have contributed to sea level rise (ice caps do not include contributions from the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Flow speed has increased for some Greenland and Antarctic outlet glaciers, which drain ice from the interior of the ice sheets. The corresponding increased ice sheet mass loss has often followed thinning, reduction or loss of ice shelves or loss of floating glacier tongues. Such dynamical ice loss is sufficient to explain most of the Antarctic net mass loss and approximately half of the Greenland net mass loss. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The remainder of the ice loss from Greenland has occurred because losses due to melting have exceeded accumulation due to snowfall. Ultraviolet A (UVA) causes tanning, aging skin and wrinkles. Ultraviolet B (UVB) causes sunburn. Both can cause skin cancer. You can burn on sunny days, cloudy days and cold days. The white sand on the beach and the white snow of winter both reflect the sun's rays. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Side effects of tanning and burning include premature wrinkles and age (pigment) spots. Over time the sun can age your skin, making it tough and leathery and may also cause skin cancer. Too much sun can burn your eyes,corneas and lead to various eye diseases, including cataracts and age-related macular degeneration. It can even cause blindness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wearing sunscreen doesn't always keep you from burning. No sunscreen can completely protect you from UV rays.But to some extent sunscreen are helpful. A sunscreen labeled "waterproof" or "water resistant" will not protect you all day. When you swim or sweat, reapply your sunscreen. Waterproof sunscreens last about 80 minutes in the water. Those labeled "water resistant" last about 40 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips To Protect From Hot Sun:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.Avoid excessive exposure to the sun between the hours of 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM. When the radiation of the sun is intense.&lt;br /&gt;2.When you are in the Sun, wear protecting clothes, such as hats, long sleeves and use sunscreen.&lt;br /&gt;3.Use a sunscreen on exposed areas of your skin everyday. When choosing one, select that protects you from both kinds of UV radiation-UVA &amp;amp; UVB.&lt;br /&gt;4.Use sunscreen that has Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 15 or greater. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;                         our body continously works from our own command .give 20minutes relax a day .its reduces blood pressure also. relaxation increase your energy levels,hat helps to do other work easily.&lt;br /&gt;4.&lt;strong&gt;Get more sleep&lt;/strong&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;                         To help our body metabolisms to work properly ultimate solution is to sleep.researchs shown that during deep sleep cell repair and cell growth takes place .its nesessary that you should sleep at least eight hours.&lt;br /&gt;5.&lt;strong&gt;Drink more tea&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;                         Drink tea more than coffee to help protect your body from damaging effects of free radicals.as tea is rich source of antioxidents ,that can provide protection against cancer.&lt;br /&gt;6&lt;strong&gt;.Do exercises regularly&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;                        Regular exercise in the morning keeps you fresh throughout the day.do atleast 20minutes exercise each day.that helps to gain very good health.&lt;br /&gt;7.&lt;strong&gt;Floss everyday&lt;/strong&gt;
